Lilly Pilly uses creative arts therapies for a unique and effective approach to wellbeing. We are a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed practice ready to guide you towards a healthier, authentic life.
Our work supports the neurodiverse community (including autism and ADHD), and associated mental health impacts including: anxiety, depression, social challenges, self esteem and identity, educational difficulties, autistic burnout and complex trauma.
We also specialise in the unique needs of neurodiverse girls and women.
Lilly Pilly offers:
Art therapy (also known as creative arts therapy) uses the power of creative processes in the context of a therapeutic relationship to support healing, change and growth.
The art-making in art therapy offers a fresh way of witnessing thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to express with words. The way the artwork looks is not important! It's the process of being creative that provides insight, growth, self-awareness and relief from overwhelming experiences.
